Cafés Ibiza

The first time I visited Ibiza, I was struck by the bohemian vibe of the island. The mega clubs and pool parties are only a small part of this idyllic place. We rented a car and drove to every corner - exploring roadside cafes, fruit markets, bought handmade local perfumes, hiked to isolated sand beaches and ate (of course) all the fresh caught grilled fish, olive oil and white wine. The Cafés Ibiza coffee bags lined up on a sandy shelf of a roadside cafe are forever etched in my mind. After that first visit, I’ve continuously longed for the next time I could smell the coffee, the fruit and the sea of this special place.
